Through the years, we have mailed millions of direct mail pieces. The response rate varies by industry, target, list, offer, etc.. For the service-related industry, it is very typical to generate a 1% response rate using a #10 envelope (or standard postcard) with no offer. However, it is possible to generate a 10% response rate using a solid offer and a very targeted list. (Ask for details)
Insert Media
Small flyers / coupons bundled with other offers in an envelope. In the past, we have worked with Advo, Money Mailer, Valpak and several other / smaller insert companies. Depending on your industry and your individual business goals, we will select the right insert mediums for you.
As it is not as targeted as direct mail, it typically generates a lower response rate. However, because of its low cost and vast reach, we have seen it prove a positive ROI for several industries.
